Planning and Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage new clients for the subleasing of institutional spaces.

• Formulate strategies to enhance rental profitability.

• Provide services and cultivate client relationships throughout the negotiation process.

• Prepare, present, and follow up on commercial proposals.

• Negotiate commercial terms and assist with contract closures.

• Collaborate with the Legal department for drafting, reviewing, and formalizing contracts.

• Track leads and maintain updated information within systems.

• Oversee deadlines, SLAs, and unresolved issues until processes are finalized.

• Monitor signatures, contract terms, renewals, and other contractual matters.

• Work with Ânima Ecosystem units and internal teams to evaluate space availability.

• Provide assistance for negotiations and the formalization of contracts.

• Ensure adherence to internal processes pertaining to negotiations and contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service, commercial relations, contract management, or administrative tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Capable of managing workloads, deadlines, and SLAs.

• Proactive and focused on achieving results.

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or related fields.
