This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the development, upkeep, and advancement of project timelines utilizing Primavera P6.
• Generate monthly reports for construction initiatives that compare the baseline approved schedule with the progress schedule, including critical path methodology, resource allocation, cost distribution, workforce management, submittals, impact projections, and recovery strategies.
• Act as a crucial member of the project scheduling/planning team to support various technologies and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project success throughout its lifecycle.
• Create precise schedules, facilitate diverse meetings, and report to management for different projects.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Capable of collaborating with all project stakeholders to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be incorporated into the plan and schedule.
• Maintain a positive outlook and foster strong working relationships with all team members.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Schedule and conduct review meetings with all project participants to coordinate requirements and ensure resources are directed towards the appropriate project activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience is preferred.
• Alternatively, 4 or more years of project management experience may be acceptable, particularly with tracking project plans against schedule baselines and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
