
Plaintiff's Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Deliver on-site coverage for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as necessary.
• Provide coverage for virtual hearings and depositions when needed.
• Examine employment law case files and assist in formulating case strategy.
• Support cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and other plaintiff-side employment matters.
• Perform legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and various employment law documents.
• Aid in case management and facilitate the efficient progression of matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to assist in ongoing litigation cases.
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of West Virginia.
• Should be located in North or Central West Virginia, ideally in or around the Morgantown area.
• Requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment law.
• Proven experience in handling wrongful termination and other employment-related claims.
• Must be comfortable providing both in-person and virtual hearing/deposition coverage.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and analysis are essential.
• Experience with case review, litigation strategy, and case management is required.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• A self-starter who can work independently is preferred.
