Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions – Closing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Initiating courtesy calls to clients once a case is assigned

• Offering thorough explanations regarding the reduction process

• Carefully documenting phone calls, case statuses, and related documents in the online document management system

• Ensuring efficient integration of releases into Litify

• Validating PIP benefits and confirming damages using a comprehensive provider list

• Verifying outstanding balances on medical accounts and negotiating invoices with providers

• Timely dispatching reductions while keeping regular contact with clients

• Performing case reviews and personal audits to enhance productivity

• Creating and overseeing weekly projection reports

• Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate team member

• Providing administrative support to office personnel

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Willingness to work additional hours as necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges

• Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple tasks

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
