This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and enhance the analysis and data exchange processes related to insurer placement, placement initiatives, client retention, and new business pipelines.
• Manage reporting, address changes in insurance data, and respond to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze, transform, model, and visualize data sourced from various origins.
• Deliver precise and insightful management information to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Identify and showcase changes and trends in client data.
• Generate reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all solutions.
• Supervise the complete placement support process.
• Assist brokers and placement teams with market submissions, placement documentation, and communications with insurers.
• Track placement activities and pinpoint operational enhancements.
• Prepare and evaluate essential information for internal and external meetings.
• Extensive experience within the insurance sector.
• Strong comprehension of insurance operations and placement processes.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Acturis for analyzing and reviewing placement and broking activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of the regulatory and legislative framework within the financial services sector.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and influence a variety of stakeholders while adhering to set timelines.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capacity to identify operational inefficiencies and propose tailored solutions for insurance operations.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
