Placement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create, manage, and update job requisitions in Trio, ensuring accurate job details

• Oversee the name-clear process to avoid duplicate submissions

• Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients

• Review and handle candidate submissions for available positions

• Act as a primary contact for agency partners regarding job openings, submission progress, and client feedback

• Follow up with agencies and candidates concerning interviews, acceptances, and subsequent steps

• Organize and schedule interviews between clients and candidates

• Assist with candidate offers and assignment confirmations

• Create, distribute, and update Assignment Confirmations and confirmation letters

• Add, remove, or cancel shifts while managing schedules and coverage dates

• Monitor and verify timesheets for billing and payment processing

• Ensure accurate order entry, candidate records, documentation, and data integrity

• Keep track of open dates, job statuses, and workflow timelines

• Participate in client and agency partnership calls as required

• Assist the Relationship Manager with updates, process concerns, and client responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred

• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Quick learner of new systems and processes

• Ability to work independently, maintain concentration, and achieve productivity goals

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database/ATS systems

• Relevant experience in healthcare staffing or workforce solutions is preferred

• Experience with Trio or similar staffing systems is advantageous

• Background in supporting hospital-based supplemental staffing is preferred

• Possess the physical and mental capabilities required to perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
