Placement Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist the Placement Coordinator with new placements, intra-agency transitions, and sub-contract referrals.

• Act as a secondary point of contact for placement and referral inquiries.

• Aid in securing placements for Campus and Community Resource Homes.

• Manage sub-contract referrals from private provider agencies.

• Provide support for respite care placements when standard arrangements are not available.

• Gather necessary documentation and ensure accurate entry and maintenance of placement and referral information.

• Collaborate with team members, clients, and external service providers.

• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Placement Coordinator.

• Report directly to the Placement Coordinator.

• Proven high level of competence and leadership skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Strong communication capabilities.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in a team-oriented environment.

• Required physical and emotional stability to fulfill all responsibilities.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday based on client and staff requirements.
