This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assess customer system requirements and propose Victaulic product solutions to meet piping system design needs.
• Deliver calculations for thermal movement, anchor load, and other relevant metrics.
• Design pipe support products, including anchors.
• Recognize opportunities and contribute to the development of new products.
• Conduct site visits to assist customers in utilizing Victaulic products and enhancing performance.
• Offer general support to the sales team, which includes creating, organizing, and leading technical seminars.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required.
• 2-10 years of experience in pipe system design is essential.
• A PE License (Professional Engineer) is preferred, but candidates with an EIT (Engineer-In-Training) will also be considered.
• Experience in project management within the building construction sector.
• Familiarity with the design and build process or relevant experience with an EPC is advantageous.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Autopipe or Caesar Stress Analysis.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are required.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.
