Pipeline Manager – Real Estate Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• The Pipeline Manager engages daily and weekly with the client's corporate real estate strategy team to grasp current and future real estate requirements.

• This role entails overseeing a thorough pipeline of potential strategies, formulating high-level implementation timelines, and monitoring all deliverables from the initial concept through to funding approval.

• A key responsibility includes effectively communicating timeline limitations based on client funding cycles and ensuring that realistic expectations are established for all stakeholders.

• This position coordinates site due diligence efforts for prospective projects, collaborating with various technical teams to evaluate feasibility and constraints.

• The Pipeline Manager initiates collaboration with design teams during the early planning stages, promoting preliminary designs that align with the client's strategic goals.

• The role necessitates engagement with multiple client departments, including IT and security teams, to ensure the early identification of technical requirements and integration needs.

• In partnership with JLL Cost Management, the Pipeline Manager requests high-level cost budgets essential for client funding approvals.

• This position maintains a close partnership with the JLL Capital Planning Manager, providing regular updates on pipeline projects for both current and future capital planning cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in program management, construction management, or related fields, with a robust background in real estate and construction program/process management.

• PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
