Pipeline Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the clearing of conditions and manage documentation workflows.

• Track the progression of pipelines and ensure operational SLAs are met.

• Validate that loan files adhere to quality and completeness standards.

• Facilitate collaboration among underwriting, title, valuation, and closing teams.

• Address operational bottlenecks and handle escalations effectively.

• Uphold workflow controls and maintain process documentation.

• Enhance operational efficiency and implement service improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in Non-QM residential mortgage processing.

• Demonstrated experience in leading mortgage processing or pipeline management teams within a high-volume lending setting.

• Practical experience with Loan Origination Systems (such as Encompass, Byte, LendingPad).

• In-depth knowledge of Non-QM loan products and relevant mortgage regulations.
