• Deliver engineering design, analysis, and field assistance for natural gas transmission pipelines and their associated facilities.
• Manage third-party engineering firms throughout project phases, from development to construction, testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Coordinate, assess, and interpret DCVG/ACVG surveys while supporting mitigation recommendations.
• Review and confirm as-built drawings, agreement sheets, station schematics, and survey data; ensure the thoroughness of job books, test records, MTRs, and turnover packages.
• Evaluate and support radiography and other NDE methods (RT, AUT, UT, visual) and address construction challenges.
• Assist in proposal evaluation tasks, including technical bid tabulations, clarifications, and the formulation of award recommendations for engineered equipment and services.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in pipeline engineering, facilities engineering, or support for pipeline construction.
• Proficient understanding of natural gas transmission pipelines, station facilities, class location regulations, hydrotesting, welding, NDE, and CP fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and field documentation.
• Collaborate with construction and operations teams and supervise third-party engineering firms.
