This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gather, organize, and uphold all product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, and assets.
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and standardization of all product content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to identify and address content gaps.
• Structure content to optimize the performance of Product Detail Pages across various e-commerce platforms.
• Implement SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and messaging focused on conversion.
• Ensure all content adheres to platform compliance requirements prior to syndication.
• Distribute product content across major merchandising and reseller platforms.
• Maintain a consistent and accurate data flow across all channels.
• Resolve any formatting or data issues that may hinder listings or decrease visibility.
• Share results with Strategic Account Managers, the Sales Enablement team, and manufacturing clients through the TRG POP report.
• Uphold data standards, naming conventions, and content integrity for all SKUs.
• Remove outdated or incorrect content and establish a single source of truth within the PIM.
• Ensure that fully enriched SKUs are prepared for syndication at all times.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and manufacturing teams to support product launches with comprehensive content.
• Align content strategy with market entry initiatives.
• Assist with lead follow-up, nurturing activities, and campaign support as necessary.
• Keep clear and detailed records of all interactions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in PIM, e-commerce content management, or catalog management.
• Preferably, hands-on experience with PIM systems and Amazon content requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based business professionals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks while adhering to structured processes.
• Proactive approach: you identify gaps and address them independently.
