• Valid Remote Pilot certification.

• Proficiency in mission planning and understanding drone technology.

• Capability to grasp the mechanics and maintenance of drones.

• Initiative in problem-solving.

• Background in conducting risk assessments and ensuring safety compliance.

• Experience in team leadership or operational supervision.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts effectively.

• Willingness to learn and advance in the BVLOS drone industry.
