Physics Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create complex physics problems for cutting-edge AI training and assessment.

• Develop deterministic questions that have a single correct answer.

• Produce comprehensive, verified solutions accompanied by a clear documentation of the reasoning process.

• Design challenges that evaluate profound physical reasoning and multi-step analysis, rather than mere memorization.

• Utilize Python or specialized tools to create simulations, models, or computational workflows when applicable.

• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and well-articulated in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline.

• Significant research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.

• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in scientific libraries such as numpy, scipy, or equivalent.

• Strong grasp of modeling, simulation, numerical methods, and the ability to solve multi-step problems.

• Capability to create original and challenging problems that mirror real-world physics workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and technical writing skills in English.

• Preferred: Experience with simulation tools or specialized physics software (e.g., finite element tools, circuit simulators, symbolic systems).

• Knowledge in areas such as computational physics, statistical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, or related fields.

• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or crafting technical assessments.
