Physician – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to patients within a virtual environment.

• Work collaboratively with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads as part of the Care Team when addressing complex patient cases.

• Monitor labs, imaging, and maintain effective communication with patients and other providers as required.

• Utilize various tools for virtual "exams," such as remote home monitoring devices, remote physical assessments, and point-of-care diagnostics.

• Engage in a collaborative care model alongside diverse team members, including but not limited to registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health professionals, and clinical supervisors when applicable.

• Attend necessary meetings to enhance patient care, including huddles, case discussions, and regular service line All Hands gatherings.

• Offer constructive feedback aimed at refining operational workflows and enhancing product features.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in outpatient urgent care or emergency department settings.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing virtual care or telemedicine.

• Must be licensed to practice in TX, TN, FL, GA, OH, NJ (at least three of these states).

• Openness to obtaining licenses in additional states with our support, collaborating with our licensing vendor.

• Possession of a compact license from IMLCC or eligibility for one (must hold a full, unrestricted medical license in a member state of the Compact).
