Physician – Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Directly oversee and supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants in accordance with state regulations.

• Deliver medical care through virtual means (phone, video, and messaging) in compliance with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies.

• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other providers across different service lines.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Must hold a full license in Tennessee and Florida or Texas (not limited to telehealth).

• Active IMLCC or eligibility to apply.

• Willingness to obtain licenses in additional states with our support, collaborating with our licensing vendor.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine setting.

• Familiarity with value-based care documentation standards.

• At least 2 years of Telemedicine experience (bonus points).

• Fluency in Spanish (bonus points).

• Experience in regulatory supervision of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) (bonus points).
