This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement a comprehensive training program that integrates video, text, interactive elements, and other methodologies to equip Hone-affiliated physicians with best practices in longevity care.
• Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and online educational modules to ensure the effectiveness of the training.
• Perform regular assessments to identify training needs and emerging educational priorities.
• Evaluate the success of educational initiatives, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and develop strategies to improve provider proficiency and patient outcomes.
• Monitor the completion of various training activities across the provider network to ensure adherence to our program and overall provider quality.
• An advanced medical or clinical degree - MD, DO, PA, or NP - with over 5 years of experience treating patients in one or more specialties relevant to Hone, such as hormones, weight management, thyroid issues, menopause, and perimenopause.
• Prior experience in healthcare education, training, or similar roles.
• In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and educational best practices.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and online learning systems.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
