This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and independently execute recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to locate qualified physician candidates.
• Make outbound calls to potential physician candidates for recruitment purposes.
• Accurately and thoroughly communicate assignment and benefits details throughout the recruitment process.
• Place qualified physicians with both current and new clients on a national scale.
• Actively seek out qualified physician candidates while maintaining the existing database.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Act as a career counselor and placement advisor throughout the duration of physicians' employment.
• Negotiate contract terms with physicians, including employment offers.
• Address physician employment issues and escalate them as necessary.
• Implement appropriate sales strategies tailored to candidate needs.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Assist in the collection and verification of credentialing documents.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in recruiting or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related sales field.
• Strong familiarity with job boards, research tools, and social media platforms.
• Two (2) years of experience in physician recruiting.
• Experience with high-value contract negotiations.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Shows accuracy and attention to detail, along with discretion.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees and the public through phone, email, video conference, and in-person contact.
• Capable of using manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to operate office-related equipment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
