This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Identify referral sources and foster the growth of physician referrals through on-site visits to (OB/GYN) referring offices, networking events, trade shows, community functions, and patient education/outreach events that align with the current strategies of the practice.
• Continuously provide market feedback to initiate, in collaboration with relevant managers, operational changes in our services to enhance support for our referring offices.
• Establish robust partnerships with both referring and non-referring offices.
• Serve as the primary contact for ordering marketing materials for clinics and field use.
• Identify and track competitor activities and initiatives within the region.
• Support established metrics and success measures for all local referral initiatives.
• Develop and execute regular strategic plans aimed at increasing referrals.
• Monitor the weekly scheduling of new consults at clinics, as well as trends in no-show rates.
• Analyze referral patterns and devise strategic plans to address emerging trends.
• Document visits daily in the CRM system.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the infertility journey, showcasing expertise.
• Clearly communicate the distinct advantages we offer regarding the patient experience.
• Contribute to team efforts by fostering excellent relationships between patient services, other departments within the practice, and the Prelude Network.
• Assist in the execution of special events, such as the Annual Fertility Symposium (whether virtual or hybrid), as well as participation in conferences and other sales/marketing opportunities.
• Provide support to the marketing department at DTC events, including social media content, as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for relationships with external marketing agencies and/or vendors.
• Serve as a liaison with local community groups (e.g., GOGS, Men Having Babies, various women’s societies, etc.).
• Lead all aspects of community events focused on patient engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience working with physicians/providers, medical practice office staff, or in other medical specialties.
• Prior experience in the fertility sector and/or interaction with OB/GYNs is preferred.
• Outgoing personality with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• A self-starter who is capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and achieving objectives.
