
Physician Lab Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Propel sales expansion by advocating for Henry Schein’s exclusive laboratory offerings, which encompass instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and point-of-care testing.
• Implement strategic account plans aimed at maximizing revenue, enhancing penetration across various specialties, and securing loyalty from top-tier clients.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Consultants (FSCs), Inside Sales Consultants (ISCs), and Executive Selling Teams (BDE / SGE) to synchronize customer strategies, optimize wallet share, and extend territory influence.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, administrators, and key decision-makers in diverse care environments.
• Perform diagnostic workflow assessments to identify opportunities for upgrading instrumentation, consolidating vendors, and enhancing reimbursement possibilities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the CLIA regulatory framework covering waived, moderate, and high complexity testing environments.
• Generally, 7 or more years of progressively responsible and complex applicable professional experience.
• A strategic, solution-driven sales methodology.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue and unit goals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience selling to physician office labs, urgent care centers, large group practices, and IDNs.
• Prior experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to drive multi-channel growth is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas and fostering territory growth in competitive markets.
• Established capability to close both transactional consumables sales and longer-cycle moderate complexity placements.
• Familiarity with reagent rental models, CLIA compliance, and reimbursement structures.
• Excellent prospecting and territory management abilities.
• Extensive travel within the designated territory.
