This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a clinical resource to support sales and partner success teams by showcasing how Abridge’s ambient solutions improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with commercial teams during demonstrations, customer presentations, and strategic initiatives.
• Interact directly with potential and existing clients, including senior leadership, to communicate clinical value, respond to inquiries, and facilitate adoption.
• Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to product and engineering teams to aid in prioritizing product enhancements.
• Represent Abridge at industry conferences, webinars, and events as a clinical thought leader.
• Act as the product expert for the commercial team.
• Work together with the Product team to ensure alignment of customer needs, solution capabilities, and the product roadmap.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in acute care, critical care, or med-surg settings.
• Documented success in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation Executive.
• Proven success in the adoption and integration of clinical solutions.
• Outstanding ability to convey complex clinical and technical concepts to frontline clinicians, healthcare executives, and technical teams.
• Experience and comfort in engaging and influencing senior executives, including CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs.
• Capability to work across functions, influence without direct authority, and serve as a trusted clinical advisor.
• Skill in evaluating clinical workflows, identifying enhancement opportunities, and converting clinical requirements into technological solutions.
• Experience in clinical success, implementation leadership, clinical analytics, or similar roles within major health systems or healthcare technology companies is advantageous.
• Ability to manage and lead teams or complex projects is also a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Candidates must currently reside in the United States and possess authorization to work in the United States.
