
Physician Assistant β Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Conduct preventative care screenings, perform medication reconciliation, diagnose medical conditions, and deliver health coaching, referrals, and treatment as clinically appropriate.
β’ Reach out to members who are more chronically ill based on historical and suspected health information.
β’ Engage with members who may be less likely to visit their primary care physician.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance the member's medical journey by improving access to care with a licensed provider.
β’ Participate in cross-training for urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines.
β’ Interact with members virtually, including conducting virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
β’ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
β’ Board Certification (NCCPA).
β’ Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures.
β’ Licensed in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio.
β’ Capability to obtain licensure in additional states.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
