Physician – AI Clinical Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning leads to answers derived solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Document correct reasoning paths and create concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance AI tools by evaluating clinically complex benchmark items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician.

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those holding non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Ability to work on part-time, non-permanent projects and complete tasks by deadlines that meet acceptance criteria.
