This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and implement Robotiq’s business development strategy for Physical AI across the AME region.
• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with high-potential companies in the fields of AI, robotics, simulation, and humanoid robotics.
• Generate, qualify, and progress strategic opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Comprehend customer development environments and ascertain how Robotiq solutions can enhance robotic manipulation, experimentation, data quality, flexibility, and deployment.
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders through consultative and value-driven discussions.
• Uphold rigorous CRM practices, maintain opportunity documentation, and ensure forecast visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, applications, product management, and leadership to bolster Robotiq’s positioning in the Physical AI ecosystem.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine Robotiq’s strategic and targeting approach.
• Represent Robotiq in key technical and innovation communities through events, partnerships, and ecosystem involvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• An MBA, MSc, or PhD is an advantage.
• Over 4 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or ecosystem development within robotics, AI, automation, developer platforms, or advanced technology sectors.
• Experience collaborating with innovation-focused organizations such as AI laboratories, robotics firms, research institutions, universities, or advanced technology startups.
• Strong preference for candidates with exposure to robotics, manipulation, sensing, simulation, automation, developer tools, or AI-related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with technical stakeholders and navigate consultative sales processes.
• Familiarity with the Physical AI, robotics, or humanoid robotics ecosystem in the AME region is a significant asset.
