PHP Developer, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing PHP.

• Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

• Create and sustain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems effectively.

• Write clean, testable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems efficiently.

• Implement best practices for security within applications and cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with global enterprise clients through Lifted.

• Provide proactive updates and deliverables to clients and Lifted management.

• Ensure adherence to Lifted’s standards for quality, security, and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in PHP development.

• Strong expertise in PHP versions 7/8+.

• Proficient in MySQL/PostgreSQL database systems.

• Extensive experience in REST API development.

• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.

• Capability to provide proactive updates and deliverables to clients and Lifted management.

• Compliance with Lifted’s standards for quality, security, and client satisfaction.

• Ownership of necessary hardware and software at personal cost.

• Laptop/PC with dual boot, including a project-specific environment.

• Compatibility with Windows 11 Pro, with the latest updates installed and activated using a genuine product key.

• At least 16GB of RAM.

• Intel 8th generation/Coffee Lake or newer processor, or an AMD equivalent.

• TPM 2.0 required.

• Minimum 160GB SSD with 64GB of free partition space.

• A LAN connection; WiFi is not allowed for connecting to provided systems and tools.

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps for upload/download.

• No third-party antivirus; only Microsoft Defender with the latest updates is permitted.

• Webcam compatible with Microsoft Teams, with a minimum resolution of 720p.

• USB 3.0 microphone and headset for Microsoft Teams equipped with background noise cancellation.

• At least one monitor with a resolution of 1368x720 or higher.
