This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Capture top-tier, professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone photography & videos (as required by the business), and social media videos for properties available for sale or rent.

• Employ advanced photography techniques and equipment to highlight the distinctive features and aesthetics of each property, enabling sellers and real estate agents to present their listings in the most favorable manner.

• Coordinate and engage with clients on-site to comprehend their specific photography requirements and expectations.

• Offer guidance and direction to clients and property owners during photography sessions to achieve desired outcomes and enhance the visual appeal of images.

• Oversee and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, to guarantee optimal performance and dependability.

• Organize and upload captured media for post-processing, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and appointment punctuality, while adhering to availability guidelines.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in real estate photography to continuously enhance skills and techniques.

• Generate creative concepts and ideas for photography to effectively highlight the unique selling points of each property.

• Collaborate with team members such as Regional Managers, Market Leaders, and photographers, along with external partners like real estate agents and marketing professionals, to produce cohesive visual assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in capturing high-quality photography, ideally including exterior and interior real estate photos, real estate videos, 3D tours, and drone media.

• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR/Mirrorless systems.

• May be required to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license, complete drone training, and operate a drone safely in compliance with FAA regulations, depending on business needs.

• Valid driver's license is required.
