Phone Sales Agent – Warm Leads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Contact warm leads who have requested a trial package or shown interest.

• Engage in genuine conversations with dog owners on a daily basis.

• Get to know dogs and provide personalized advice.

• Explain the nutritional concept in a simple and understandable way.

• Assist clients in confidently making purchasing decisions.

• Represent HEY HOLY with energy, empathy, and professionalism.

• Support interested dog owners in various campaigns and help them find the right nutrition for their dog.

• Build trust through personality and authenticity.

• Have a love for dogs or show genuine enthusiasm for them.

• Be performance-driven and eager to achieve results.

• Work reliably and demonstrate initiative.

• Feel comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or telephone roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
