Phone Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, specifically Workers’ Compensation and General Liability.

• Engage directly with policyholders or their representatives through phone communication to gather payroll and accounting documentation.

• Precisely assess and implement the appropriate classifications and exposure amounts.

• Oversee assignments received through the web-based production system.

• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all auditing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity and experience in performing audits using the Nexus platform is preferred.

• Background in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll, or other related fields.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree focused on Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping.

• Experience in direct public interaction, preferably over the phone.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work with little supervision.

• Well-organized individual.

• Willingness to work remotely.

• Excellent customer service abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong skills in organization and time management.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
