This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Conduct visits to healthcare facilities to establish, nurture, and maintain business relationships with targeted healthcare providers and their staff within the assigned geographical area.
• Enhance awareness through relevant scientific information and educational programs aimed at medical professionals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to create and implement a comprehensive action plan for the designated region.
• Meet established territory and sales objectives.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for assigned products.
• Assist in market development initiatives and identify new opportunities for prescribers.
• Support promotional activities for the company's branded product line.
• Deliver approved messaging and materials in a professional, accurate, and compliant manner.
• Record field activities in the CRM system and manage territory metrics effectively.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs for continuous development.
• Address sales inquiries, share scientific information, and report Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
• Pharmaceutical Sales Representative: Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, business-to-business (B2B), capital equipment, medical device, or related industry.
• Healthcare Sales Representative: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology fields, with documented sales achievements.
• Proven history of surpassing sales goals and successfully managing and expanding a territory independently.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze complex sales and technical information, formulating strategic and actionable business plans.
• Experience in conducting effective consultative, solutions-oriented sales presentations.
• Outstanding presentation skills and relevant experience.
• Ability to quickly learn, comprehend, and effectively convey scientific and medical information to external stakeholders.
• Strong scientific and business acumen.
• Valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must reside within the Montgomery, Dothan, Auburn, and surrounding areas.
