This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

• Support patients in obtaining necessary medications for rare and/or chronic illnesses.

• Collaborate with patients, insurance providers, and various departments to facilitate order processing and guarantee prompt medication delivery.

• Accurately input prescriptions into the computer system.

• Utilize training, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration to ensure precise prescription entries for patients.

• Verify that prescriptions are correctly entered for insurance assessment and dispensing purposes.

• Directly engage with healthcare professionals.

• Investigate issues in coordination with pharmacists and physicians' offices.

• Inform patients regarding their medication coverage options.

• Manage multiple requests while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Record information accurately in the computer system.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least six months of relevant experience is required.

• A valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as mandated by state regulations.

• Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.

• Experience with RxHome is advantageous.

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is necessary.
