Pharmacy Technician Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned pharmacy team.

• Collaborate with Pharmacy Supervisors and Managers to enhance and support departmental efficiencies.

• Lead by example while promoting company and departmental objectives.

• Conduct training on departmental tasks for both new hires and current team members.

• Assist in coordinating cross-training through effective communication and scheduling.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of training guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Aid leadership in assessing and enhancing the performance of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Certified Technician with the appropriate credentials from their home state's Board of Pharmacy.

• Demonstrated experience with departmental workflows and processes.

• Highly preferred: Previous experience with ExactCare operational workflows and processes within the assigned department.
