This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, organize, and manage pharmacy-related projects from inception to completion.
• Utilize pharmacy technician expertise to recognize workflow issues, operational deficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on pharmacy operations, prescription processes, terminology, and common pharmacy systems.
• Collect project requirements and convert pharmacy needs into well-defined action plans, processes, and deliverables.
• Create project schedules, monitor milestones, document advancements, and ensure timely completion of deadlines.
• Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and uphold clear communication among project stakeholders.
• Aid in the development and execution of pharmacy workflows, standard operating procedures, training materials, and operational resources.
• Evaluate processes and materials for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with actual pharmacy operations.
• Support pharmacy onboarding, implementation, training, or process improvement initiatives as required.
• Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues, communicating them to the relevant team members.
• Keep organized project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Foster productive relationships with independent pharmacy owners, pharmacists, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage various projects and priorities in a remote work setting.
• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy terminology, prescription processes, and everyday pharmacy operations.
• Proven ability to organize projects, meet deadlines, and see assignments through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Capability to identify operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with pharmacy professionals and non-pharmacy stakeholders alike.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay accountable in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing, email, spreadsheets, project management platforms, and other cloud-based tools.
