Pharmacy Technician, Cystic Fibrosis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the secure, prompt, and precise handling of specialty medications for individuals with Cystic Fibrosis.

• Collaborate closely with pharmacists, clearance teams, concierge services, and contact center colleagues to guarantee effective medication accessibility.

• Oversee intricate workflows and coordinate outreach for CF treatments.

• Uphold turnaround time objectives and standards for patient experience.

• Utilize CareCentral, RxHome, and TMW to allocate resources according to workload and priority.

• Aid in prescription intake, task processing, escalations, and outbound communications.

• Conduct outbound calls to patients or providers for follow-up and coordination purposes.

• Ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy while facilitating timely access to therapies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience at Accredo/Evernorth is required.

• Must be a resident of Indiana, Ohio, or Florida.

• A valid Pharmacy Technician license is necessary in Indiana, Ohio, or Florida.

• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred.

• Basic math and computer proficiency, including familiarity with Windows, Microsoft applications, internet usage, and email.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs.

• A cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is required for remote work.
