Pharmacy Technician, Cystic Fibrosis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the safe, timely, and precise processing of specialty medications for patients with cystic fibrosis.

• Collaborate closely with pharmacists, clearance teams, concierge, and contact center partners to enhance medication access.

• Oversee complex workflows related to cystic fibrosis and coordinate outreach efforts to patients or providers.

• Support turnaround time objectives for cystic fibrosis therapies.

• Utilize CareCentral, RxHome, and TMW to allocate resources according to workload and priority.

• Assist with prescription intake, task processing, escalations, and outbound communications.

• Conduct outbound calls to patients or providers for follow-up and coordination efforts.

• Uphold standards for quality, compliance, and patient experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience at Accredo/Evernorth.

• Candidates must reside in Indiana, Ohio, or Florida.

• A valid pharmacy technician license in Indiana, Ohio, or Florida is mandatory.

• Active pharmacy technician certification is preferred.

• Basic math and computer skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet, and email.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Capacity to learn internal systems, processes, and programs.

• Home internet must be provided through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
