This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support data entry for incoming prescriptions to guarantee quality assurance.
• Conduct outbound calls to prescribers’ offices.
• Collaborate with patients and physicians to investigate medication coverage challenges.
• Assist patients in acquiring necessary medications.
• Handle and receive a high volume of calls from patients and healthcare providers.
• Engage in training and work alongside peers and other departments.
• Deliver comprehensive care and support for patients with chronic health conditions.
• Work Monday to Friday according to the designated Eastern Time schedule.
• A valid Indiana Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• At least 1 year of order entry experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email communication.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to establish rapport with patients.
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls with patients and providers.
• Must reside and hold a license in Indiana.
• A cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is necessary for remote work.
