Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Medicare Advantage plans by addressing care gaps.

• Concentrate mainly on three medication adherence metrics for diabetic members.

• Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily in a call center setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co certifications are mandatory.

• Medical Assistant certifications from NCCT, AAH, and NAHP are not accepted.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications.

• Capability to adapt to new technologies.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmacy and extensive outbound calling.

• Experience in a call center environment is essential.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, or Vietnamese, alongside proficiency in English, are highly advantageous.
