This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist Medicare Advantage programs by addressing care gaps.
• Focus mainly on three medication adherence metrics for diabetic patients.
• Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily in a call center setting.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certifications such as CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co are necessary.
• Medical Assistant certifications that are not accepted include: NCCT, AAH, NAHP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications.
• Capability to adapt to new technologies.
• 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy and significant outbound calling.
• Bilingual ability in English and an additional language is highly advantageous; preferred languages include Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese.
• Experience in a call center is required.
• Must be able to make over 100 calls per day.
