Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist Medicare Advantage programs by addressing care gaps.

• Primarily concentrate on three medication adherence metrics for diabetic members.

• Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily in a call center setting.

• Interact with members about their medication adherence.

• Acquire knowledge and utilize relevant technologies and software systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from PTCB or ExCPT from NHA, and RMA/CMA.

• CPhT certification is mandatory; other Medical Assistant certifications such as NCCT, AAH, and NAHP are not acceptable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications.

• Capable of learning new technologies.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmacy with significant outbound calling.

• Experience in a call center environment.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is necessary for bilingual candidates.

• Ability to make over 100 calls daily.

• Proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is highly advantageous.
