Pharmacy Technician Associate Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service that fosters trust with both providers and patients.

• Accurately translate prescriptions from prescribers and input information into patient profiles, adhering to relevant state regulations.

• Collaborate with pharmacists in accordance with work instructions, policies, procedures, management guidance, and national or state regulations.

• Assist in quality assurance initiatives.

• Report any adverse events that occur.

• Support outreach efforts directed at prescribers and patients.

• Conduct data entry and perform other typical pharmacy queue tasks expected of a registered pharmacy technician.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.

• A valid Pharmacy Technician license is highly preferred, or Pharmacy Tech-in training/certification/registration as mandated by state laws.

• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills, including navigating Windows, using Microsoft applications, and managing internet and email tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Capability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as necessary.

• Must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed for remote work.
