This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Provide exceptional service to cultivate trust among providers and patients.
• Accurately interpret prescriptions from prescribers and input data into patient profiles, adhering to all relevant state regulations.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists in accordance with work instructions, policies, procedures, management guidance, and national or state regulations.
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
• Report any adverse events.
• Aid in outreach efforts to prescribers and patients.
• Execute data entry or other pharmacy queue tasks typical of a registered pharmacy technician.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• A valid Pharmacy Technician license is highly preferred, or Pharmacy Tech-In training/certification/registration as mandated by state laws.
• Basic proficiency in math and computer skills is essential.
• Skills in navigating Windows are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
• Competency in internet usage and email communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Capability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as required.
• Access to home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum download speed of 10Mbps and upload speed of 5Mbps when working remotely.
