This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Manage both incoming and outgoing calls to welcome patients, collect demographic information, and coordinate initial shipments.
β’ Generate prescription requests and make outbound calls to healthcare providers and doctors' offices.
β’ Accurately input prescriptions into the system.
β’ Address non-clinical concerns with pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
β’ Offer patients advice regarding medication coverage.
β’ Balance multiple responsibilities while ensuring attention to detail.
β’ Support patients in obtaining life-sustaining medications for rare and chronic illnesses.
β’ Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and various departments to facilitate prescription orders and guarantee prompt medication delivery.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is necessary.
β’ Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona or Pennsylvania is mandatory.
β’ A trainee license may be accepted.
β’ Certification is preferred.
β’ Experience with phone communication is advantageous.
β’ Proficient computer skills and data entry capabilities with Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Must have high-speed internet with a wired ethernet connection.
β’ A private and quiet workspace is essential.
β’ Availability to work Monday through Friday, within an 8-hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST is required.
