This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +4 more states.
β’ Accountable for delivering pharmacist care by collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care, education, research, and patient safety.
β’ Engages in promoting guidelines and policies and aids in the formulation of programmatic enhancements to elevate patient care across the health system.
β’ Offers educational support to patients, healthcare providers, students, residents, and other stakeholders.
β’ Takes on a leadership position within the pharmacy profession and in quality improvement initiatives.
β’ Must hold valid licensure as mandated by the state board where services will be rendered: MD: Licensed Pharmacist through the Maryland Board of Pharmacy; OH: Licensed Pharmacist through the Ohio Board of Pharmacy; PA: Licensed Pharmacist through the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy; WV: Licensed Pharmacist through the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy.
β’ Possession of an advanced degree (Master of Public Health or a related field).
β’ Completion of residency training OR a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a pharmacist.
β’ Valid licensure as required by the state board where services will be provided.
β’ Advanced degree (Master of Public Health or a related field).

β’ Proficient time management skills.
β’ Strong verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.
β’ Effective teamwork skills.
