Pharmacy Operations Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support the implementation of organization-wide pharmacy strategies and the uniformity of practices throughout the national network.

• Undertake tasks assigned by the manager, which includes responding to inquiries from Innomar Pharmacies, managing reports, and ensuring precision.

• Contribute to Pharmacy Initiatives, such as tracking retro-billing, reconciling inventory, and updating SOPs.

• Collaborate on the launch of new products, relay program details, and complete necessary training for pharmacies.

• Maintain pharmacy software to ensure consistency across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required; a Post-Secondary Pharmacy Technician Program is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant pharmacy experience.

• Experience in pharmacy adjudication is advantageous.

• Proficiency in calculating benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and other health insurance mathematical computations.

• Background in a healthcare or pharmacy environment.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Extensive experience with Pharmacy Systems.

• Highly organized with the capability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations.

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong time management skills.

• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
