📋 Description

• Offer guidance to front line staff

• Ensure the effective and efficient provision of Pharmacy call center services

• Address inquiries from physicians and pharmacy network providers

• Analyze member claims history

• Educate and support pharmacy network providers

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in processing, submitting, and paying pharmacy prescription claims

• Associate degree is preferred

• Pharmacy technician certification is necessary

• Strong knowledge and understanding of medications and formulary terminology
