This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct inbound and outbound phone communications with patients regarding intricate Specialty medication orders, benefits verification, and enrollment of new patients.

• Organize and execute requests for both new and refill order shipments.

• Gather necessary information to guarantee insurance coverage for patient medication orders.

• Confirm eligibility, prior authorization, and other reimbursement criteria before shipment.

• Aid in the enrollment and monitoring of new customer referrals.

• Provide explanations of CVS/Specialty services to newly onboarded customers.

• Transfer or escalate clinical inquiries and issues to the staff pharmacist for resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a customer service position managing and resolving a significant volume of complex customer needs via phone.

• More than 1 year of experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).

• At least 1 year of experience in computer keyboarding with demonstrated skills and aptitude.

• A direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router located within 7 feet of your computer, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.

• A secure and private home workspace that is free from distractions is required.
