Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Leader – Case Processing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Leads the team overseeing ICSR management for a designated project or set of projects in the role of Team Leader.

• Ensures proper task distribution for assigned projects and teams while managing the workflow process.

• Guarantees and fosters activities that promote effective collaboration with clients in the realm of ICSR Management.

• Provides assistance for additional activities carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Directly manages the assigned ICSR staff.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes optimizing procedures, conducting training, and implementing other initiatives to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Recommends process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Handles ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts second quality checks on cases.

• Acts as the designated team Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides support to fellow SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualifications, or possess relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, including demonstrated experience in a line management position.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient in delegation.
