
Pharmacist, Licensed – Medical Information Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Thoroughly and accurately log all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in adherence to Inizio Engage, client requirements, and federal regulations.
• Conduct compliance calls with volunteers participating in clinical and medical research trials.
• Enroll individuals in educational seminars.
• Offer patient support to those enrolled in Patient Support Programs.
• Gather demographic information and disposition for product, sample, and literature distribution.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards across all client programs while following program scripts and guidelines.
• Precisely collect information required by specific programs and accurately input it into designated program databases.
• Demonstrate effective communication and tele-management capabilities.
• Engage with callers in an empathetic manner, aiding them in understanding medical terminology when necessary.
• Show adaptability within the department to optimize resource utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication tasks as required.
• Comply with all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are protected by adhering to the Privacy and Security Rules established by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Update and present resume when requested for audits.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Valid pharmacist license in the relevant province.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 8 am EST and 8 pm EST.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Capability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without interruptions or disconnections.
• Familiarity with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Courteous telephone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-driven with strong organizational skills and the capacity to work cross-functionally.
