Pharmacist – Branch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the pharmacy operations in collaboration with the owner.

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the pharmacy.

• Supervise the dispensing of medications.

• Assist staff in their personal and professional growth.

• Develop and manage staff schedules.

• Execute the Pluspunkt Pharmacy concept.

• Enhance pharmaceutical and business processes.

• Introduce new pharmaceutical services.

• Maintain consistent communication with the owner and engage with partner organizations.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding drug interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid German pharmacist license (Approbation) (m/f/d).

• A keen interest in emerging trends and advancements in the pharmacy industry.

• Preferably some initial experience in leadership or management roles.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge and interest in business-related key performance indicators.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
