This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel territory expansion and meet sales targets through comprehensive account planning and management.
• Build and sustain trusted partnerships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Provide education on Alcon's ocular health pharmaceutical range and facilitate product adoption through clinical discussions and customer interaction.
• Implement territory business strategies aimed at growing, optimizing, and safeguarding key accounts.
• Perform regular in-person visits to clients and present educational talks, speaker programs, and customer events.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and gathering competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate effectively with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access teams, Marketing, and Regional Sales Leadership.
• Utilize data and insights to formulate account strategies that drive business outcomes and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage a geographically diverse territory, necessitating significant travel and customer-facing interactions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Alternatively, high school diploma with 10 years of experience, associate's degree with 6 years, or a Master’s degree.
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
• Must live within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• 100% travel is mandatory.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a field-based sales setting.
• Experience in healthcare sales, ideally within ophthalmology, optometry, ocular health, or eye care pharmaceuticals.
• Background in product launches, market development, customer adoption strategies, and territory growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with promoting dry eye therapeutics, ocular health therapies, ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, or specialty eye care products.
• Capability to enhance product adoption through clinical education, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
• Strong comprehension of physician-office workflows.
• Experience in developing territory business plans, prioritizing accounts, and identifying growth opportunities through customer and market analysis.
