This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through in-person, virtual, and digital channels.
• Organize speaker programs and facilitate local provider group discussions.
• Communicate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead.
• Provide insightful local market information to influence local strategy and team objectives.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the Long-Term Care (LTC) sector.
• Identify and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Create and implement customized communication and sales strategies.
• Deliver detailed, on-label information while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Address product access issues, including local market payor coverage and formulary placement.
• Offer guidance on patient care based on established protocols and best practices.
• Utilize a variety of virtual tools to engage customers effectively.
• Employ competitive data and business reports to monitor progress and set territory priorities.
• Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key office and practice staff, focusing on patient health during discussions.
• Conduct effective and balanced office calls and presentations using approved marketing materials.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Essential background in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare management, or a related domain.
• Experience in the Long-Term Care (LTC) sector and/or Central Nervous System (CNS) is highly beneficial.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales role with healthcare providers (HCPs), ideally with multiple product representation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the LTC landscape, including regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and the clinical needs of LTC residents.
• Proven capability to establish and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in LTC facilities.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment undergoing transformation.
• Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying complex information and engaging with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Commitment to ethical business practices, understanding of regulatory standards, and ability to conduct business activities in compliance with Company policies and guidance.
